Great staff, great service, and very responsive for all prescriptions.I was looking for something that had an option for a counterweight and an adjustable footplate to accommodate different users. This has two start positions, the safety is adjustable and there's a lot of room on the plate for different foot positions, so no issues going between someone at 6'5" and 5'4". The machine feels great, the length on the pendulum is right and is awesome for quads. Also hits glutes/hamstrings with a wide stance. Footprint is probably comparable to a leg press, you can also using some of the 1" holes for equipment storage (see leg rollers in the pic). Plate storage pegs weren't mounted save space, since my plates are stored on a rack nearby.I would highly recommend this company, my journey was great from educating me to final delivery.
